Chamomile flower tea 20g

Ingredients: 100% dried flowers of chamomile (Flos Chamomillae L.).

Preparation: pour 1 tsp with ~80 °C water, hold for 3 minutes. Delicious with honey, ginger and / or green lemon. Delicious!
