Manually brewed using the ancient fermentation method.
The taste of this tea is reminiscent of green and ulongo teas.
The large leaves of the tea plant (which is why it is also known as white peony) are barely affected by oxidation and are left unwrapped.
It is very rich in whitish, silvery leaf tips, which are rich in essential oils. This gives the tea its distinctive sweet taste and aroma.
This is a good quality white leaf tea.
Preparation: 11 g (approx. 5 teaspoons) of tea in 1 l of filtered boiling water cooled to 90°C; leave to infuse for 2 minutes.
Storage conditions: To preserve the tea's natural flavour and aroma, we recommend storing it in a tightly closed carton in a cool, dry place, away from strongly flavoured products.
