Criollo is 100% cocoa powder with no added sugar. Whisk it into warm milk to bring out its rich cocoa flavour, then sweeten to taste if you like.
You can also prepare it with soya or almond drink.

Preparation
Step For one 250 ml serving Cocoa powder 10 g Liquid 250 ml of milk, soya drink or almond drink Method Mix the cocoa powder with your chosen liquid. Heat to 78 °C and whisk. Do not prepare with water.
