Shipping Policy

For deliveries in Lithuania and abroad, we use the services of reliable partners – DPD, Venipak, Omniva and Lietuvos Paštas (parcel lockers and couriers).

Orders within Lithuania are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

From October to December, due to the holiday season and the increased number of orders, delivery times may be extended up to 5 business days.

During quarantine periods, delivery may also take up to 5 business days. 

Delivery process:
• When the order is delivered to the DPD, Omniva or Venipak parcel locker specified by the buyer, the appropriate parcel locker must be specified after selecting it from the list. If you choose the wrong parcel locker, it is necessary to immediately inform the seller by e-mail info@gurmans.eu. The buyer receives the parcel code from the seller by e-mail as soon as the parcel is sent. The progress of the parcel can be tracked on the DPD, Omniva or Venipak website. Information about the order received at a particular parcel locker is received by the buyer via SMS from the delivery company. 

• Orders via DPD, Omniva or Venipak courier are delivered to the specified address. The buyer receives the parcel code from the seller by e-mail as soon as the parcel is sent. The progress of the parcel can be tracked on the DPD or Venipak website. Information about the order to be delivered is received by the buyer via SMS or phone call from the delivery company.

Delivery cost:
Lithuania:
• When ordering purchases worth up to 40 Eur to parcel lockers – 2.90 Eur.
• When ordering purchases worth up to 40 Eur by courier – 4.99 Eur.
• A separate fee is applied when sending goods to Neringa municipality.

EU countries
• The duration and cost of delivery depends on the country to which the goods are delivered. After selecting the country of delivery, you will see how long it will tentatively take for your delivery and what the shipping cost is.   

Terms of free shipping:
• By courier, free shipping in Lithuania is applied when buying more than 40 Eur (except neringa municipality)
• Free delivery to post offices in Lithuania is applied when buying for more than 40 Eur (except neringa municipality) 

Individual delivery terms:
• If necessary and possible, the goods can be delivered under conditions not provided for in these rules, e.g. in quantities of more than 10 kg in the EU or to non-EU countries.
