Ethiopian Harrar coffee is a rare, one of the oldest types of coffee grown and consumed. 

These coffee beans are processed in a dry way and are one of the most expensive coffee beans grown in Etiopjia. 

Ethiopian coffee varieties are grown at an altitude of more than 1,500 meters, so they are classified as strictly high-grown coffee trees (SGH), which grow more slowly and receive more nutrients, making the beans more dense. 

This is one of the reasons why Ethiopian types of coffee are so famous.
