GURMAN'S PAI MU TAN, white tea 

Pai Mu Tan is a drink of the Chinese emperors. Unfermented white tea, which has only undergone a drying process, has a particularly mild taste unique to this tea. The tea drink has a clear golden color. 

White tea from China, in which the delicate aroma of flowers and light hints of fruit are revealed. 

Pai Mu Tan - it is a highly valued, limited production of white tea from China, the Juian region. This tea was especially appreciated by the Emperors of China. For tea, only the first two leaflets and buds are harvested, it is subjected to little processing, and therefore retains many valuable properties. The L-theanine amino acid contained in tea can help regulate caffeine spikes, while catechins and other polyphenols have antioxidant properties. 

Preparation: 1 tea spoon of tea into 70-80 ⁰C water, wait 3 - 5 minutes to drink.

Storage conditions: in order for the taste and smell of tea to remain natural, we recommend storing it in a tightly closed box, in a cool and dry place, away from products with a strong aroma.
