GURMAN'S PU ERH CRANBERRY, Pu Erh tea 

In China, the country where this tea was discovered, Pu-Erh is considered a medicinal herb.

The Chinese associate the action of this tea with the energies that govern the processes in our body.

They believe that health is only maintained when Qi (Chi) energy flows unhindered, and it is Pu-Erh tea that promotes this flow, maintaining the balance between Yin and Yang.

The caffeine in Pu-Erh tea is energising and the amino acid L-theanine in Pu-Erh tea ensures that the caffeine is evenly distributed.

It has also been scientifically proven to cleanse toxins, speed up metabolism and can help fight unwanted weight. 

Ingredients: Pu Erh tea, flavorings, pieces of carrots, cranberries. 

Preparation:  1 teaspoon.; 100⁰C; min. 2 -3.
