The best qualities of tea are revealed in cooler water, so it is important to wait patiently until the temperature of the boiled water cools to 70⁰C.

Throw 1 tea ball into a teapot and pour freshly boiled and cooled 70-80 ⁰C water. Wait 6 - 10 minutes and enjoy!
