GURMAN'S IRISH CREAM, black Tea  

Black tea perfectly tones up, because of all the types of tea, it contains the most caffeine. About 30% of the composition of dry black tea consists of polyphenols, which act as antioxidants, protecting the body from oxidative stress. Also, black tea helps maintain a healthy bowel condition by stimulating the growth of good bacteria and preventing the growth of bad bacteria. Cocoa beans are rich in antioxidants that protect against free radicals, as well as the substances contained in cocoa can help relieve anxiety and raise mood. 

Ingredients: black tea, chocolate drops, cocoa bean bits, flavourings.

Store in cool, dry place.

Preparation: 1 tsp. spoon.; 70 - 80 ⁰C; min. 2 - 3.
