PRESTO CHAI TEA, black tea 

A typical blend of Indian tea, although every home in India has its own recipe and claims that their chais is the best. The origin of the drink goes back to the 16th century, and the beginning is a mixture of Ayurvedic teas with milk. Later, this recipe was supplemented with black tea. Now this drink is usually prepared (at least in India) by briefly boiling teas and spices in milk. 

Chai tea is one of the most popular tea drinks not only in its homeland in India, but also in the USA. 

Ingredients: black leaf tea, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, flavorings. 

Preparation: 6 tsp. of the mixture in 1 l of filtered boiling water; wait 3 minutes, add milk and sugar to taste, or 8 tsp. spoon. mixture 1 l of boiling milk, boil over light heat for 2-3 minutes, strain.
