Black tea perfectly tones up, because of all the types of tea, it contains the most caffeine. About 30% of the composition of dry black tea consists of polyphenols, which act as antioxidants, protecting the body from oxidative stress. Also, black tea helps maintain a healthy bowel condition by stimulating the growth of good bacteria and preventing the growth of bad bacteria. Orange peel in tea is rich in vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant and supports a healthy immune system
