GURMAN'S BRAZIL DATERRA RESERVE BLOOM coffee beans 

Daterra is the region where Pascaol has three coffee plantations that supply Brazilian Arabica of exceptional quality. The Daterra farm is the cleanest and most sustainable in Brazil.

Here, the wind, the heat of the sun and the soil are exceptionally favourable for the Arabica coffee trees to flourish. The different microclimates and altitudes create a wide range of flavours in the beans, from velvety chocolate to the distinct floral notes in a cup of coffee.

Reserve Bloom is the best that naturally dried coffee beans have to offer: a syrupy viscosity, pleasant notes of stone fruit, blueberries and plums, and a caramel finish.

This is the perfect coffee for an espresso with a creamy crema or for a brewed coffee with pleasant fruity notes.
