Brazil Cerrado coffee beans are one of the most famous coffees from the Cerrado region of Brazil.

1. Origin: The Cerrado region was one of the first certified coffee growing areas in Brazil. It is known for its flat fields, mild climate and optimal conditions for growing high quality Arabica beans.

2. Growing altitude: Brazilian Cerrado coffee beans are usually grown at an altitude of 800-1300 metres above sea level. At this altitude, the climate is stable and the beans ripen evenly, ensuring their quality.

3. Flavour: Brazilian Cerrado coffee is known for its balanced and mild flavour. It has a medium body with notes of chocolate, caramel and nuts. The taste is usually mildly sweet with minimal acidity, making it suitable for those looking for a smooth and creamy coffee.

4. Aroma: This coffee has a rich and pleasant aroma, with prominent notes of chocolate and nuts that give it a pleasant intensity and warmth.

5. Uses: Brazil Cerrado is ideal for both espresso and filter coffees. Its balanced flavour and mild acidity make it easy to combine with milk or drink on its own.
