GURMAN'S SANTOS BOURBON BLEND coffee beans

Yellow Bourbon coffee beans, known for their yellow ripe fruit, which is quite different from the cherry-red fruit of other varieties, have become a kind of coffee gem in Brazil. Sweet, mild-flavored and complex, yellow bourbon is extremely popular. 

This breed appeared in 1930. in Sao Paulo. The origin of Yellow Bourbon coffee beans is unknown, but there are two theories.

The first - that the variety arose naturally from the cultivation of Botucatu Yellow and Red Bourbon, and the second - that it could have been a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon coffee tree.
