ColonWell – Made in Lithuania using only natural ingredients. This product supports gut health and helps with weight loss.

Ingredients:

Psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husks, flax (Linum usitatissimum) seeds, glucomannan (from the root of Amorphophallus konjac), ground caraway (Carum carvi) fruits, chopped parsley (Petroselinum crispum) herb, ground coriander (Coriandrum sativum) fruits, Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus) powder, dandelion leaf (Taraxaci folium) powder, ginger root (Zingiber officinale) powder, fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) powder, turmeric (Curcuma longa) root and rhizome powder.

Form: Herbal and seed blend. 

Usage:

Gut health program: Take 0.5 teaspoon of ColonWell mixed in half a glass of water, 2–3 times per day, 30 minutes before meals. Drink an additional glass of water.

Weight loss program: Have dinner by 6 PM. Then 1–2 hours after dinner, take 2–3 teaspoons of ColonWell mixed in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water. Do not eat breakfast earlier than 10 AM, or skip breakfast.

Weight loss and gut health combined program: For 5 days, take 0.5 teaspoon of ColonWell mixed in half a glass of water, 2–3 times per day before meals. Drink an additional glass of water. After 5 days, switch to the weight loss program.

When using ColonWell, it is essential to drink 1.5–2 liters of water per day. 

NOTE: Mix ColonWell with room-temperature water and drink immediately without waiting for it to swell.
