GURMAN'S CHINA OOLONG, oolong tea

GURMAN'S China Oolong, oolong tea

Excellent quality leaf ulong tea from Taiwan. The tea grows on an island of extraordinary beauty in Taiwan.

The picked leaves of this tea are recycled immediately. They are sun-cured, then lightly shaken in bamboo baskets to moisten and soften the edges of the leaves, and then spread out on pallets to dry and oxidise further. Once the process of partial oxidation (fermentation) has taken place, the leaves are heated at a high temperature to stop the process.
Ulong tea has a unique flavour, slightly sweet and refreshing, with floral and fruity notes.

Ulong tea has the ability to lower cholesterol and is rich in L-theanine, which has calming properties, so it is often used for anxiety and sleep disorders.

Preparation:  1 tea spoon; 80 ⁰C; 2 - 3 min.

Storage conditions: to preserve the tea's natural flavour and aroma, we recommend storing it in a tightly sealed box in a cool, dry place, away from strong-flavoured products.
