GURMAN'S CHINA WHITE MONKEY white tea 

White tea cultivated in the famous district of seven mountains in province of Jiangxi. The annual production is very small. That makes tea a rarity which is only harvested once a year in April (first flush) and during that time tea leaves and buds develop.

China White Monkey – it is a highly valued, limited production of white tea from China, Jiangxi region. For tea, only the first two leaflets and buds are harvested, it is subjected to little processing, and therefore retains many valuable properties. The L-theanine amino acid contained in tea can help regulate caffeine spikes, while catechins and other polyphenols have antioxidant properties.  

Preparation: 12 g (aprox. 6 tea spoons), 1 l filtered boiled and cooled water to 80°C; wait for 1-2 min.

Storage conditions: in order for the taste and smell of tea to remain natural, we recommend storing it in a tightly closed box, in a cool and dry place, away from products with a strong aroma.
