GURMAN'S CHINA WHITE MONKEY white tea
White tea cultivated in the famous district of seven mountains in province of Jiangxi. The annual production is very small. That makes tea a rarity which is only harvested once a year in April (first flush) and during that time tea leaves and buds develop.
Preparation: 12 g (aprox. 6 tea spoons), 1 l filtered boiled and cooled water to 80°C; wait for 1-2 min.
