Tie Kwan Yin Partially Fermented Tea is one of the best Chinese oolongs from An Xi in Fujian Province. It is also known as Tieguanyin or Iron Goddess.
The dark green glossy leaves are twisted into balls, which, spreading in the water, paint it brownish.
The aroma of the tea is very intense and quite heavy, the taste is delicate, pleasant, smelling of flowers, with a lingering sweet aftertaste. An unforgettable experience for tea connoisseurs.
Preparation: 1 tea spoon; 90 ⁰C; min. 2 -3.
