GURMAN'S SE CHUNG, oolong tea

Good quality, pleasant sweet taste, delicate meadow flower aroma, partial fermentation tea from the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province. 

Ulong tea is a partially fermented tea native to China. The picked leaves of this tea are processed immediately. They are sun-cured, then lightly shaken in bamboo baskets to moisten and soften the edges of the leaves, and then spread out on pallets to dry and oxidise further. Once the process of partial oxidation (fermentation) has taken place, the leaves are heated at a high temperature to stop the process.
Ulong tea has a unique flavour, slightly sweet and refreshing, with floral and fruity notes. It has the ability to lower cholesterol and is rich in L-theanine, which has calming properties and is often used for anxiety and sleep problems.   

Ingredients: ulongo tea.  

Preparation: 1 tea spoon .; 70-80 ⁰C; min. 2 -5.

Storage conditions: to preserve the tea's natural flavour and aroma, we recommend storing it in a tightly sealed box in a cool, dry place, away from strong-flavoured products.
