Lemon balm leaves in tea are rich in L-theanine, an amino acid known for its relaxing and sleep-promoting properties. Verbenalin contained in verbenaline has soothing properties, and polyphenols contained in lemon balm leaves and hawthorn act as antioxidants.
Ingredient: Apple, rose hip shell piecies, lemon balm leaves, orange slices, hawthorn berries, orange granules, verbena leaves, jiaogulan, Greek mountain tea leaves, flavouring.
Store in cool, dry place.
Preparation: 1-2 tea spoon, 100 ⁰C, min 6-10.
