GURMAN'S GINGER green tea 

Warming green tea, in which the light tartness of ginger and pepper is revealed. 

Green tea is refreshing, rich in catechins, which act as antioxidants, protect the body from free radicals, protect against colds and regulate blood pressure. Also, green tea energizes, but it contains less caffeine than in coffee, so tea affects the body more evenly and there are no energy jumps and fatigue after them. Ginger contained in tea has anti-inflammatory properties, strengthens the immune system and can help regulate blood glucose levels. Lemongrass has a strong antiseptic effect, so it is often used to treat sore throats or colds, and peppermint can help in digestion, in the fight against bad breath, runny nose, and can also help to relax.  

Ingredients: Green tea, lemongrass, pineapple, flavouring, liquorice, ginger bits, peppermint leaves, lemon peels, red pepper.

Preparation: 1 tea spoon; 70 - 80 ⁰C; min. 2 - 3.
