Ayurvedic tea with a wonderful taste is designed in such a way that each ingredient enhances the effect of each other and helps to prepare for a deep night's sleep. 

Ayurveda is the science of life that originated 4000 years before our era. This philosophy emphasizes the harmony of the entire human being, therefore, when treating a person, the whole, 5 elements and 7 chakras are taken into account. These five elements (space, air, fire water and earth) exist everywhere, which is why plants also have them. Teas according to Ayurveda are targeted teas whose task is to restore the balance of the human body. 

Gurman's Ingredients in Sweet Dream Tea have soothing, relaxing properties, and licorice in Ayurveda is considered an ingredient that enhances the properties of all ingredients.

Ingredients: lemongrass, orange peels, liquorice, lemon peels, cinnamon.

Preparation: 1-2 tea spoon; 100 ⁰C; min. 5 - 8  

Storage conditions: To preserve the natural flavour and aroma of the tea, we recommend that it is stored in a tightly closed carton, in a cool and dry place, away from products with a strong aroma.
