PRESTO MAO FENG, green tea 

Mao Feng tea is grown in Huangshan - Yellow Mountains, Anhui Province, 700 m above the sea level. Mao means fluffy and Feng means apex. In some places the clouds reach the top of the mountains where is a very fertile grounds, the weather is cool, there is enough rain and little direct sunlight - everything you need for a great harvest. The tea gardens are surrounded by orchid bushes, giving the tea leaves a subtle, magnolia-like aroma. In such an environment, tea bushes grow large and strong, emitting a long-lasting salsa aroma. The ways of picking and preparing tea are also unique. The tea leaves look like bird tongues with silver stripes, vibrant yellowish green. When filled with hot water, a thick steam rises, spreading a fresh aroma. The well-established tea has a clear light yellow color, is fresh, has a slightly sweet taste, with a slight hint of bitterness, and its aroma lasts a long time. Mao Feng tea is one of the top 10 Chinese green teas. 

Preparation: 12 grams of tea into 1 l filtered,  80°C water, wait 2 - 3 minutes before drinking it.
