Arabica coffee beans grown in Peru are perfectly balanced and have low acidity.
The traditions of growing Peruvian coffee trees go back to the 1700s, when the first coffee trees began to be cultivated. Although coffee has been grown here for a long time and the country was able to reach the title of one of the largest coffee growers, the political situation, poverty and hard-to-reach farms prevented this.
Peruvian coffee is distinguished by a balanced rich taste, medium acidity and mild sweet taste. Especially bright tender shades of nuts and chocolate.
