    Preparation

    Method Recommendation
    Quick preparation Add 1 teaspoon to a cup, pour over boiling water and steep for 5–7 min.
    Traditional brewing Bring ~250 ml of water to a boil, add 1 teaspoon and simmer for 3–5 min. Add milk if desired and heat briefly.
    Serving Delicious with honey, butter or cinnamon. Suitable for preparation in a coffee machine.
