GURMAN'S COLUMBIA MARAGOGYPE coffee beans  

Trees of the "Elephant" bean variety are very whimsical and picky about both climatic conditions and soil quality. They are not as fertile as other varieties, so the supply of coffee beans of this type decreases with each passing year. Now only four countries are growing Arabica of the Marargogype breed: Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico and Colombia.

Colombian Maragogype grows in the Antiocca region, in northwestern Colombia.

The coffee is tender, well-balanced, with a mild acidity of pears, an intense aroma with delicate notes of caramel, tangerines, muscat grapes, white rum, dark chocolate and vanilla.

Coffee for those who love light coffee. It is best to cook in a scalded or French way.
